The set holds a hook, a squeegee and tweezers. The hook lifts the surplus film, the squeegee presses the transfer down without bubbles and the tweezers deal with counters inside letters.
These are consumables: the hook tip dulls and the squeegee wears. Keep a spare set if you work vinyl daily.
