Screen printing is the cheapest way to run a series: once the screen is made, each extra print costs only ink. That makes it more profitable than transfer vinyl as soon as the run passes a few dozen pieces.
With a laser the screen can be made directly, with no exposure unit and no chemicals, which cuts that step from hours to minutes.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
