Cabinetmaker James Williams is the founder and owner of BH Kitchens, which makes kitchen furniture on the south coast of England. He bought the SmartBench PrecisionPro CNC router in August 2021. In the first six months alone the purchase has brought significant benefit to the business.
“I was looking for a CNC router and came across the SmartBench on Instagram. I looked at Yeti Tool's Facebook page to see what sort of work others had done with it. On that basis I decided to buy a PrecisionPro for my company,” James says.
James has a traditional cabinetmaking background and had not used CNC routers before. Even so he quickly learned to use the SmartBench for his demanding projects, saving time as he went.
“The free instructions, articles and videos on the Yeti Tool CNC Academy site were a tremendous help to me. And I learn more every week,” James says.
The PrecisionPro has allowed the business to expand into new areas. These days James does interior joinery, furniture and motorhome conversions alongside kitchen furniture.
“I used to say I would never start using CNC routers. But the SmartBench is so easy to use. It is absolutely brilliant,” James comments.

“The Yeti SmartBench PrecisionPro is like having a second pair of skilled hands in the workshop. For 2022 my order book is already full,” James concluded.
