The first portable thickness planer with a spiral cutterhead featuring carbide blades on the European market. Precisely crafted spiral cutter head with 36 carbide blades arranged in 4 spirals for maximum precision and efficiency of planing. The spiral head effortlessly planes even very hard and exotic woods without causing tear-out and resulting in a much smoother surface compared to conventional knives. The carbide blades have significantly longer durability compared to traditional HSS planer knives, and they can be rotated 4 times for an extended lifespan without the need for replacement or the time-consuming process of sharpening and adjusting within the cutterhead.The machine can be used without a dust collector, thanks to the integrated fan and dust bag, ensuring effective saw dust removal from the cutterhead. Of course, a dust collector can be connected. The thickness feed height is adjustable to ensure maximum planing precision. For maximum safety at work, the machine is equipped with rubber-coated feed rollers that firmly hold and move the workpiece, and steel hooks in front of the roller prevent the possibility of kickback. The powerful motor features overload protection and prevents automatic restart in case of power interruption.

The stop collar on the side enables easy thickness planing of more batches with consistent height. The stop collar can be set to 7 positions ranging from 3.2 mm to 38 mm.
