Standard on the machine - a functional package
Our Polar Bear PRO CNC machines are always delivered assembled and fully tested to provide our customers with the quality and service they deserve.
The machine's electronics are shipped pre-installed and configured in a dust-tight enclosure. Connect the Ethernet cable to your Windows PC and turn on the unit. Computer not included.
Polar Bear PRO CNC machines are aimed at vocational and educational institutions that cannot necessarily afford industrial machines, but need to produce medium to large batches of wood, plastic and non-ferrous metal parts.
Polar Bear PRO CNC machines feature HIWIN HGR20 linear guides and 20 mm ball screws for high accuracy, speed and rigidity over long service intervals.
A number of spindle options are also available - allowing the installation of up to 15kg spindle.

Our range of Mechatron spindles allows you to upgrade your manual tool change spindle to an ATC model by simply adding a Mechatron ATC adapter to your Mechatron spindle.

High Z-axis travel
Thick and strong aluminium transfer plates and strong aluminium profiles allow us to offer a high z-axis that remains accurate and rigid even at high speeds.
The adapter plate allows you to move the spindle in the X and Y directions to easily ensure that the spindle is straight in relation to the table.
We offer a range of optional table tops to make clamping and machining the piece as easy as possible. There are different versions of the tables available to suit all budgets.
The thickness of the MDF with aluminium t-rails is sufficient to allow you to level it several times. The t-rails are suitable for M8 hexagonal bolts and many other different types of fasteners available from Polar Bear.
The piece is easily clamped with PE500 or MDF vacuum tables for CNC milling.
Our table frame is rigid and lightweight = the machine can be moved and assembled even in tight spaces.
