xTool Basswood Plywood sheets are high-quality wood materials optimized for laser cutting and engraving. Basswood plywood is lightweight, strong, and easy to work with – an excellent choice for versatile laser projects.

Quality Material

The plywood is manufactured by stacking multiple thin veneer layers with the grain direction perpendicular to adjacent layers. This construction increases the board's strength and prevents warping, ensuring consistent and predictable laser processing results.

Optimal for Laser Processing

3 mm thickness is ideal for laser cutting – thin enough for intricate shapes and sturdy enough for durable end products. We recommend applying masking tape before laser processing to keep the surface clean and minimize charring.

Versatile Applications

Excellent for jewelry, keychains, decorations, prototypes, miniature models, signs, and other laser projects. The 30 × 60 cm sheet provides a large working area that enables even larger projects.

Compatibility

Compatible with all xTool laser machines. xTool material QR code support enables automatic optimal processing parameter settings on compatible machines.
