Ordinary acrylic cuts poorly with a diode laser: the blue light is absorbed at the surface and the material does not melt evenly, leaving soot and flaring easily. This grade is tinted and compounded so a diode laser gets through it under control.
Still use air assist and keep the job in view. Fire-retardant means slower ignition, not that the material will not burn.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
