Consistency is worth more in production than looks: cutting a hundred parts on one setting, MDF will not scrap a piece at a grain line the way plywood can. Coated MDF also gives a finished colour with no painting.
MDF smokes more than plywood, so extraction matters more. The cut edge is dark — that is the material, not a fault.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
