Record Power PT310 on kompaktin kokoluokan oikotasohöylä vaativille kotiverstaille ja pienemmälle ammattiverstaalle.

PT310 tarjoaa jämäkän oikotasohöylän puutavaran mitallistamiseen. Oikotasohöylä on aina kompromissi erilliskoneisiin verrattuna, mutta yleensä alkukatkaisu ja mitallistaminen, puutavaran esikäsittely tehdään kerralla yhtä projektia varten, joten oikotasopöydän nostaminen ei varsinaisesti hidasta prosessia juurikaan.

Yksi pääominaisuuksista on molempien pöytien yhtäaikainen nousutoiminto. Muutos oikohöylästä tasohöyläksi käy todella helposti - löysäät vain pöydät lukitusvivut ja nostat koko oikohöyläpöydän vasteineen yhdellä liikkellä.

Pöydät itsessään ovat vankasti jäykistettyjä jo valurakenteen kennomuodolla. Lisäksi koko pöytä on kokonaan valurautainen ja painava. Pöydän kokonaispituus onkin 1400mm, mikä riittää pidemmällekin tavaralle.

Tasohöylän runko kiinnittyy tukevasti raskaaseen keskusrunkoon, mikä takaa hyvän tuen työstölle. Petiä nostetaan ja lasketaan suurella käsipyörällä koneen sivusta. Lisäksi mekanismissa on lukko, joka poistaa pienimmänkin välyksen ja varmistaa tarkan työstön.
