Quick-Fit is a clamp-together ducting system for dust collection, fume
extraction and process ventilation. Components join with rolled edges and
a clip — no welding, bolts, screws or special tools. Installation is over
45 % faster than with traditional ductwork.
Seams are laser-welded, so the interior is smooth and continuous. There
are no crevices for dust to accumulate, the risk of blockage is lower and
there is less leakage than in lock-formed spiral duct. The smooth interior
also reduces turbulence and friction, common sources of static
electricity.
The system comes apart as quickly as it goes together, so the ductwork
can be cleaned out and reconfigured when the machine layout changes.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.

The pressed bend changes the direction of airflow. The bend radius is 1.5 × diameter, which keeps pressure loss low and prevents debris from collecting in the bend.
