A ten-piece set of solid carbide cutters, 3.175 mm shank. The set holds 2 × 1 mm, 2 × 2 mm and 1 × 3 mm for wood, and the same split for aluminium and plastic.
The cutters are diamond-toothed, which keeps them sharp in hard materials, and fishtail-ground so the cutter plunges into the material without pre-drilling. The helix is right-hand (up-cut), so the chip lifts away.
Materials: hardwood and softwood, MDF, aluminium, plastics such as PVC, acrylic and polycarbonate, printed circuit boards, and fibre composites such as GRP and carbon. The set covers inner and outer contours and edges.
It fits any gantry router with a 3.175 mm collet.
