AceroDURO 100/S50 RD CNC machine - steel frame - underframe and enclosure included

AceroDURO is CNC-STEP's industrial machine for continuous operation. The frame is CNC-machined steel with a powder coating. Its high mass damps vibration, which is exactly the property that separates a steel machine from an aluminium one in difficult materials.

Ball screws run on every axis and the guides are hardened steel shafts with ball bushings. Stepper motors as standard; closed-loop motors are an option. Machining accuracy reaches 0.01 mm, enough for 2D and 3D milling, fine engraving, drilling and cutting.

The machine is built for steel, aluminium, brass and other metals as well as plastics, wood, acrylic and composites. It is also used for dispensing, bonding and cutting.

Delivery includes the safety enclosure with door contacts, the underframe, the T-slot table, the control in its cabinet, the KinetiC-NC control software and a swivelling operator terminal on the machine frame. The four-axis control connects over Ethernet.

Software compatibility: ConstruCAM-3D (included), Aspire, VCarve Pro, Inventor and Fusion 360.

Options include an automatic tool changer, extraction and vacuum clamping.
