XYZCAM Selected product, DC6500 is a mobile dust collection system with a vacuum capacity of 6,500 m³ per hour, Diameter 300mm big Inlet and up to 6500 m³/hour AirFlow. It has totally enclosed body desgin which is made from 1.2 mm thick steel plates. The Impeller/blades inside are using at least 3 mm thick according to the fan dimensions, also the dynamic and static balances of the impeller were taken.
IP55 standards also use E2 high efficiency motor, the motor was balanced dynamically to reduce the noise level.
Supplied with complete Polyester Filters (5Micron) and waste sacks.
Special Parts Holder Feature, thanks to the Parts Holder, parts larger than 25x25mm cannot go to the propeller. This feature prevents the entering of metal parts over 25x25mm size to the system and reduces the risk of fire, allows much longer lasting and higher reliability of the whole equipment.
Uses of the Unit:
The Dust Collecting Unit is designed and manufactured for use in commercial plants (wood
processing places and machinery, sawmills, furniture workshops, machining places etc.) in
order to ensure that the small particles (dust, sawdust, etc.) in the surrounding or desired
places are absorbed in a bag with the help of the collector.
